Okay, okay. I know I started this blog a month ago with every good intention to follow through.
However, life keeps getting in the way...and well, being a bit of a perfectionist, I wanted to get the design just right.
Since I cannot work by reading directions on how to do something ahead of time, as I am one of those learn by doing types, impatient and raring to go, I continually changed the shape, layout and design of the website and obsessed that I didn't really know how to do what I wanted.
A regular person would stop and read or research, find the manual and go from there, but I've never been a regular sort.
Well, I'm full of it or myself and have resolved to just let it go...and just write which is what I like to do most of all.
I will be including links and useful information on dog friendly places, restaraunts and activities, as well as health, food and other information - when I get around to it - hopefully sooner than later. I have found and accumulated a ton of information.
My dog is a one year old Havanese and I plan to backtrack to tell you what it has been like trying to find him and raising a puppy. Picture yourself in your 50's raising a baby (like so many grandmothers land up doing) and that is my story. Puppies are fun, loving and absolutely exhausting but well worth it.
So, that is my promise today. I will keep writing, blogging and journaling about my experiences and Finn's...that's my truth today and I am sticking to it.
